
If you don’t have a Plan B, why not incorporate one in your Strategic Plan or Risk Management Plan? Follow this:
1. Look at an opportunity you have not considered exploring yet (perhaps it may appear too risky, don’t worry, it’s your Plan B);
2. Take a Macro look at your business. #Use a PESTLE Analysis to uncover areas concerning – political, economical, social, technical, legal and environmental perspectives;
3. Incorporate the above findings to assemble your Plan B. Set a new Vision with new Gaols and frame your Key Objectives to support your Vision and Goals.
You now have your Plan B. Just in case something happens that you or anyone else never saw coming. I’m sure we can all relate to this scenario now.
