During this workshop we will unpack the key ingredients of effective communication from an organisational perspective and : – identify 3 priority areas in our current situation that we would like to change – audit our existing framework, review our goals, and develop an action plan for progress – learn how to prepare and implement the changes needed to reach our objectives This workshop is part one in a series of four.  It has been designed for the CEO’s, Business Owners, Founders and Managing Directors and of small and medium sized business.  It’s focus is communications and incorporates the key elements of purpose, strategy, brand, culture and marketing.   This Workshop is presented by Sean Johnson of SAJ Marketing and Nick Rawlins of Presentic Communications.
